oyyyyy. i love that apparat remix from modeselektor, even though i have had it for a long time, the great james braun, has posted it on his blog once.
man. i remember when remix sunday was great. good remixes by actual artists. now its just open season and every jagoff with a computer is making terrible remixes. its not that i only care about hearing work done from an artist im familiar with... i do have an ear and i will give anything a chance, but man.

these guys are ALL pros. and of the stuff not coming from those types, a lot is still good! no everything, but a lot! so give credit where credit is due, palms out is still on top of things.

wow -- thing i love about remix sundays is the amazing work being done by unknowns. haldan is an a&r don, i don't know how he finds these tracks.
i'm disappointed when there's trax by the likes of modeselektor and diplo in remix sundays, that stuff is everywhere, who needs it here?
is everything a hit? of course not, but the quality level is consistantly high. don't forget EVERYONE was an unknown before someone gave them a chance.
kawata.. no offense :) just layered and cutted the tracks in live back in the days. and, didn't want to say its ripped (because nobody except some friends of mine ever heard it) but anyway.. kind of a happenstance that we used the same tracks :)
