Earlier today I got a lovely letter from Vice Recordings, blessing me with the knowledge that they liked what we're doing over here at Palms Out Sounds, and letting me have a exclusive new Kano track- or really a Low Deep & Kano track, with a handful of other UK emcees- to share with you all. Its coming out on the new Run the Road 2 compilation, which was a big success in the UK last year, and is looking pretty good for the US in '06- considering the burgeoning Brooklyn grime/breakcore scene made up primarily of former schoolmates of mine (Drop the Lime, Mathhead). It comes out next tuesday, February 7th on Vice, and everyone should pick it up at the store or cop it here. I've also included another song - one that came out like a year ago, also from a Vice artist, that was seriously slept on. It's an ill squlechy 80's remix of Cut Copy's "Future" by remixer extrodinaire, Chromeo. Enjoy the beautiful sunny day & 50 degree weather, Brooklyn!
